Magic is not superstition, although it has long been associated as such by the ignorant, and pawned off to produce superstition by the charlatans and con men of history. Real Magic is more related to knowledge, science, philosophy, and psychology.
Spirituality is also not superstition, although certain religious "expressions" that purport to be "spiritual" do in fact produce superstition, superstitious belief systems and behaviors.
Spirituality is far more to do with the inner world of the psyche and it's inter-relation to the outer world of the cosmos, and the management of balance, harmony, and mutual support and synergy. Healthy spirituality, should promote practices that produce happiness, and a sense of interconnection with other living beings.
